§ 16-101 OBSTRUCTING STREETS, ALLEYS OR SIDEWALKS PROHIBITED.
   No person shall use or occupy any portion of any public street, alley, sidewalk or right-of-way for the purpose of storing, selling or exhibiting any goods, wares, merchandise or materials.
