§ 15-705 DISPOSAL OF ABANDONED MOTOR VEHICLES.
   Abandoned motor vehicles, as defined in T.C.A. § 55-16-103, shall be impounded and disposed of by the Police Department in accordance with the provisions of T.C.A. §§ 55-16-103 through 55-16-109.
