§ 15-301 IN GENERAL.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or drive a motor vehicle upon any highway or street at a rate of speed in excess of 30 mph, except where official signs have been posted indicating other speed limits, in which cases the posted speed limit shall apply. Judicial notice may be taken by the city court as to the accuracy of radar as a device for measuring speed.
