§ 15-123 CHANGE OF ADDRESS.

It is unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle in the city if after applying for or receiving a driver license the licensee moves from the address named in the application or license, or the name of the licensee is changed for any reason, without notifying the State Department of Safety within ten days thereafter of the change or changes.
