§ 15-109 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR TRAFFIC-CONTROL SIGNS AND THE LIKE.
   Pursuant to T.C.A. § 54-5-108, all traffic-control signs, signals, markings and devices shall conform to the latest revision of the Tennessee Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways and shall be uniform as to type and location throughout the city.
