§ 15-108 MISCELLANEOUS TRAFFIC-CONTROL SIGNS AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any pedestrian or the operator of any vehicle to violate or fail to comply with any traffic-control sign, signal, marking or device placed or erected by the state or the city unless otherwise directed by a police officer.
   (B)   No person shall willfully fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order of any police officer invested by law with the authority to direct, control or regulate traffic.
