§ 15-101 MOTOR VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any motor vehicle within the corporate limits unless the vehicle is equipped with properly operating muffler, lights, brakes, horn and other equipment as is prescribed and required by T.C.A. Title 55, Chapter 9.
