It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to create and/or maintain an airport hazard in and about the municipal airport of the type hereinafter set forth.
(A) Landing area zone. No trees or structures permitted above ground level.
(B) Approach zone. No trees or structures permitted above a 20:1 slope from landing strip or end of planned extension, and measured in a direction parallel to center line of strip.
(C) Transition zone. No trees or structures permitted above a 7:1 slope from edge and level of zones (1) and (2) to level of zone (4), measured at right angles to landing strip center line.
(D) Turning zone. No trees or structures permitted more than 150 feet above highest elevation of the landing area.
