If the owner or owners of the premises fail or refuse to comply with the order issued by the Office of the City Manager within the time period specified by the letter or notification, the Code Enforcement Officer of the Office of the City Manager, or his or her duly authorized representative, may enter onto the premises and take the corrective action specified in the letter or notification so that the nuisance identified by the letter is removed or abated.
