§ 13-604 FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH AN ORDER TO CORRECT A VIOLATION.
   If the owner or owners of the premises fail or refuse to comply with the order issued by the Office of the City Manager within the time period specified by the letter of notification, as provided herein, the failure or refusal shall be deemed a violation of the provisions of this chapter and the owner or owners shall be subject to the penalties herein provided.
