(A) Premises to be kept clean. All persons, firms and corporations within the corporate limits of the city are hereby required to keep their premises in a clean and sanitary condition, free from accumulations of debris, rubbish, cans, bottles, papers, refuse, garbage, filth and trash.
(B) Height of vegetation. Grass and other vegetation commonly recognized as weeds shall be considered in violation of this chapter when the vegetation has reached a height of 24 inches.
