(A) Any person dissatisfied with the decisions, rules, regulations and interpretations of the designated city official, shall have the right to appeal to the City Council. Appeal shall be within 30 days and shall be made in writing.
(B) Any person violating this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and according to the laws of the state shall be fined a maximum of $50. Each subsequent day that any violation continues unabated shall constitute a separate offense.
