§ 13-401 PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF CHAPTER.
   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to punishment as provided in the general penalty provision of this code of ordinances. Each subsequent day that any violation continues unabated shall constitute a separate offense.
