Every owner or tenant of property shall periodically cut the grass and other vegetation commonly recognized as weeds on his or her property, and it shall be unlawful for any person to fail to comply within 30 days of an order by the City Manager or Chief of Police to cut the vegetation when it has reached a height of over two feet.
