The applicant shall also deposit with the Codes Administrator a cash deposit sufficient to cover the cost to the city as estimated by the Director of Public Works, of trimming, moving, removing or replanting of trees or shrubs, and of moving, removing or displacing any pole or other structure, supporting any wires, cables or other equipment belonging to the city or the cutting, displacing or changing the location of any wire, cable or other equipment upon the poles or structures belonging to the city.
