   1.   Department of Finance to be in charge of levy and collection.

   2.   Taxes collected for municipal purposes.

   3.   Assessment and collection of ad valorem tax.

   4.   Certification of ad valorem tax records to the finance director.

   5.   Date when taxes may be levied.

   6.   Tax book prepared.

   7.   Occupancy tax.
