§ 10-102 REPTILES AND WILD ANIMALS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or maintain any poisonous reptiles or dangerous carnivorous wild animals without first having registered the reptiles or animals with the Director of Health. The reptiles and animals shall be securely housed and enclosed so as not to do any injury to or annoy any person.
