(A) Any person, partnership, corporation or other business entity who is found to have violated this chapter shall be fined a definite sum not exceeding $50 for each violation and shall result in the suspension or revocation of any permit or license.
(B) Each violation of this chapter shall be considered a separate offense, and any violation continuing more than one hour of time shall be considered a separate offense for each hour of violation.
