§ 9-916 PROHIBITIONS AND UNLAWFUL SEXUAL ACTS.
   (A)   No operator, entertainer or employee of an adult oriented establishment shall permit to be performed, offer to perform, perform or allow customers, employees or entertainers to perform sexual intercourse or oral or anal copulation or other contact stimulation of the genitalia.
   (B)   No operator, entertainer or employee shall encourage or permit any person upon the premises to touch, caress or fondle the breasts, buttocks, anus or genitals of any other person.
   (C)   No operator, entertainer or employee shall encourage or permit any other person upon the premises to touch, caress or fondle his or her breasts, buttocks, anus or genitals of any other person.
   (D)   No operator, entertainer, employee or customer shall be unclothed or in an attire, costume or clothing so as to expose to view any portion of the sex organs, breasts or buttocks of the operator, entertainer or employee with the intent to arouse or gratify the sexual desires of the operator, entertainer, employee or customer.
   (E)   No entertainer, employee or customer shall be permitted to have any physical contact with any other on the premises during any performance and all performances shall only occur upon a stage at least 18 inches above the immediate floor level and removed six feet from the nearest entertainer, employee and/or customer.
