§ 9-914 HOURS OF OPERATION.
   (A)   No adult oriented establishment shall be open between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. Mondays through Saturdays, and between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Sundays.
   (B)   All adult oriented establishments shall be open to inspection at all reasonable times by the City Police Department, the Cumberland County Sheriff's Department or other persons as the Mayor and City Council may designate.
