§ 9-909 FEES.
   (A)   A license fee of $500 shall be submitted with the application for a license. If the application is denied, one-half of the fee shall be returned.
   (B)   A permit fee of $100 shall be submitted with the application for a permit. If the application is denied, one-half of the fee shall be returned.
