§ 9-804 ANNUAL REPORT REQUIRED FOR RENEWAL OF PERMIT.
   Any facility granted a permit will be required to submit an annual report by February 1 for the preceding calendar year showing the amount of waste disposed and pay a yearly renewal fee of $2,000 per ton of waste not generated in Cumberland County.
