§ 9-407 INSPECTION OF VEHICLES.
   All taxicabs shall be inspected at least semi-annually by the Chief of Police or other city personnel authorized by the City Manager to ensure that they comply with the requirements of this chapter with respect to mechanical condition, cleanliness and the like. An inspection fee of $10 shall be charged.
