§ 9-404 REVOCATION OF FRANCHISE.
   The City Council may revoke any taxicab franchise for misrepresentations or false statements made in the application therefor, and the person, firm or corporation shall not be eligible to receive a taxicab franchise for a period of ten years thereafter.
