§ 9-403 LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIRED.
   No taxicab franchise shall be granted or continued in operation unless there is in full force and effect a public liability insurance policy in the minimum amount of $25,000 for bodily injury or death per person, $50,000 for bodily injury or death per accident and $10,000 for property damage.
