§ 9-319 STREET SOLICITATION PROHIBITED.
   From and after the adoption of this chapter, all solicitations on public streets shall be prohibited, and a violation of this section is punishable under the general penalty provision of this code for each separate violation. Each individual at each location shall constitute a separate violation.
