§ 9-303 DIRECTOR.
   (A)   The Director or his or her designee shall meet with the Board at all regular and special meetings.
   (B)   It shall be duty of the Director to assist the Board in the administrative details of the duties imposed upon the Board.
   (C)   The Director shall secure and maintain all forms necessary for the execution of the provisions of this chapter and the work of the Board.
   (D)   The Director shall keep records pertaining to the work of the Board.
   (E)   The Director shall furnish the Board with whatever other administrative services the Board requires.
   (F)   The Director shall advise the Board of any legal matters coming before it.
