(A) There has been heretofore created and is hereby continued in full force and effect a Beer Board to be composed of all the members of the City Council. In the event that a member of the City Council choose not to serve, the vacancy for the remainder of the term shall be filled by majority vote of the remaining members of Council by a qualified voter and resident of the City of Crossville.
(B) The Mayor, or in his or her absence the Mayor pro tem, shall serve as Chairperson of the Beer Board.
