Be it further enacted, that the General Ouster Law, codified in Tennessee Code Annotated Sections 8-47-101 - 8-47-126, inclusive, of the Code of Tennessee, shall apply to and be in force as to the City Council, the mayor, and the city judge, and all such officers shall be subject to removal from office under the provisions of such law, and for violation thereof.
