§ 7-503 STANDARDS FOR YEAR-ROUND SALES OF FIREWORKS.
   (A)   Fireworks retailers must comply with the standards of the Building Code and Standard Fire Prevention Code as adopted by the city.
   (B)   Fireworks retailers must comply with all state laws regarding the sale of fireworks, including T.C.A. §§ 68-104-101 et seq.
   (C)   Any fireworks stored on the site of a year-round fireworks retailer must be located a minimum of 50 feet from any fuel source and no further than 500 feet from an operable fire hydrant.
   (D)   Fireworks retailers must provide a current certificate of insurance with a minimum of $2,000,000 in product liability and $1,000,000 in general liability insurance with the city being named as an additional insured on the general liability insurance policy.
   (E)   Fireworks retailers must post "No Smoking" signs as follows: two at each entrance to the area where fireworks are sold and two inside the fireworks area.
   (F)   Fireworks retailers must have a minimum of two ten-pound ABC fire extinguishers.
