§ 7-304 RECORDS AND REPORTS.
   (A)   The Chief of the Fire Bureau shall keep adequate records of all fires, inspections, apparatus, equipment, personnel and work of the Bureau.
   (B)   He or she shall submit a written report on the matters to the Mayor once each month, and at the end of the year a detailed annual report shall be made.
