§ 5-201 DUE DATE AND DELINQUENT DATE OF TAXES.
   All taxes, except privilege taxes, shall become due on July 1 for the year for which assessed, and shall become delinquent on December 1 of the same year and thereafter and beginning with December 1 of each succeeding year. Penalty and interest shall be added as provided in Article X of the city charter.
