§ 4-516 REPEAL.
   If any provision of this chapter, or if any policy or order thereunder, or the application of any provision to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of the chapter, and the application of the provisions of this chapter, or of the policy or order to persons or circumstances other than those to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected thereby.
