Section 2. Placing of names on ballots.

Be it further enacted, that all candidates shall be eligible to have their names placed on ballots only on the same conditions and in the same manner prescribed by law for the placing on the ballot of the names of candidates for such offices as Trustee and Sheriff of Cumberland County.
