§ 70.999 PENALTY

   (A)   Any person or persons violating the provisions of §§ 70.100-70.104 shall pay double the permit cost.

   (B)   Any person who shall violate the provisions of §§ 70.150-70.153 shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a violation and shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each day the violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of Article III of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each offense, together with the costs of prosecution and/or imprisonment for not more than five (5) days and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day on which a violation occurs or continues.
