"APPLICANT." The owner, or the individual or business, authorized by the owner to obtain the necessary construction permits.
"BUILDING INSPECTOR." The duly appointed official and his/her assistants selected by the city to issue Commercial/Industrial Building Permits and to collect fees for the issuance of same.
"CONSTRUCTION." Any construction of any commercial or industrial buildings or structures, whether it is a new construction or additions to existing structures.
"PERMIT FEES." The fees required to be paid to the Building Inspector for Commercial/Industrial Building Permits pursuant to this division.
