§ 70.104 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
   Prior to anyone residing in a new structure, they shall be required to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy from the Building Inspector certifying the structure has been built properly and the structure is ready for safe occupancy. The permit cost is thirty dollars ($30.00) for each Certificate of Occupancy.
