(A) (1) International Building Code (2015 edition) (“IBC 2015"). Three copies of that certain document being marked and designated as IBC 2015 have been on file with the Village Clerk for 30 days for public use, inspection and examination. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the IBC 2015 are hereby adopted and expressly incorporated herein by reference as the village Building Code with any deletions, insertions and amendments prescribed herein. The Fire Prevention Code as contained in and provided in § 150.04 of the village code is expressly incorporated as a part of the village Building Code as if fully stated and printed herein.
(2) Definitions.
(a) Wherever the word MUNICIPALITY appears in the IBC 2015, it shall be held to mean the Village of Crestwood, Illinois.
(b) Wherever the term CORPORATION COUNSEL appears in the IBC 2015, it shall be held to mean the Attorney for the Village of Crestwood, Illinois.
(c) Wherever the phrase “[name of jurisdiction]” or the word JURISDICTION appear in the IBC 2015, they shall be deemed to refer to the Village of Crestwood, Illinois.
(B) All uses allowed as permitted, special or accessory uses in the Heavy Industrial District of the village shall be subject to and required to comply with the performance standards attached as Exhibit A to the ordinance codified herein.
