(A) Rain gutters and drains required. It shall be unlawful to construct, erect, build and/or maintain any building in an R-1 or R-2 Residential Zoning District, as defined by §§ 159.080 through 159.084 and 159.095 through 159.099, without the installation and maintenance of rain gutters and drains upon the roofs of the building.
(B) Minimum size. No rain gutter or drain installed, constructed, erected and/or maintained upon any building located in an R-1 Zoning District shall be less than four inches in diameter. No rain gutter or drain installed, constructed, erected and/or maintained upon any building located in an R-2 Zoning District shall be less than six inches in diameter.
