§ 152.13 POLITICAL ELECTION SIGNS.
   Political election signs are hereby defined as signs promoting the election of any candidate or party for office in any state, federal, county, municipal or other governmental election.
   (A)   Installation of signs. No election sign shall be erected earlier than the thirtieth day prior to any primary or special election for which the candidate or party is seeking office.
   (B)   Removal of election signs. All candidates and slates of candidates, jointly and severally shall be responsible for the removal of all signs erected in the village, by such candidate, candidates, political party or its or their supporters within 72 hours of the closing of the polls of such election.
   (C)   Costs of removal. In addition to the penalties provided in § 152.99, all such candidate, candidates, political party, jointly and severally shall be responsible for the payment of all costs incurred and billed by the village.
   (D)   Enforcement. The enforcement of the provisions of this section shall be governed by Chapter 11 of this Code of Ordinances.
