The following uses may be applied by special use permit:
(A) Other retail business used not specifically listed in § 159.062 when found to have economic compatibility with established uses on adjoining property;
(B) Accessory uses, including off-street parking and loading facilities;
(C) Ambulance services, private;
(D) Amusement establishments, such as arcades, billiard parlors, commercial swimming pools, health and fitness centers, racquetball clubs, skating rinks and other similar places of recreation;
(E) Animal hospitals, clinics and grooming services when conducted wholly within an enclosed building;
(F) Automobile repair, minor, provided all activities are conducted in building areas equipped with facilities which will prevent the escape of noxious fumes or noise compatible with the normal use of other zoning lots in the vicinity;
(G) Automobile and motor vehicle sales;
(H) Automobile service stations, gas stations, automobile service stations/mini-marts;
(I) Automobile washing, including the use of mechanical conveyors, blowers and steam cleaning;
(J) Banks and financial institutions including drive-in facilities;
(K) Billiard and poolrooms;
(L) Blueprinting and duplicating establishments;
(M) Catering, limited to secondary uses or when found to have economic compatibility with other established uses on adjoining properties;
(N) Commercial and industrial glazing establishments;
(O) Contractors’ offices, limited to administrative and/or clerical functions;
(P) Contractors offices and shops, if operated as an integral part of a retail business enterprise otherwise permitted in § 159.062; provided that:
(1) No manufacturing, fabricating or assembly of products is performed on the premises;
(2) All operations, all dispatching areas and facilities for workers and equipment, and materials are within the principal enclosed building; and
(3) No outside parking of commercial vehicles or equipment will be allowed, except for normal deliveries and shipments during business hours;
(Q) Currency exchanges;
(R) Dental laboratories;
(S) Hospitals, sanitariums, rest homes and nursing homes;
(T) Hotels and motels, including restaurants and meeting rooms;
(U) Laundries, automatic, self-service types or hand;
(V) Loan offices and finance companies;
(W) Massage or similar personal service shops;
(X) Office, business and professional, including clinics, medical or dental;
(Y) Parking lots and garages, other than accessory;
(Z) Animal hospitals when conducted wholly within an enclosed building;
(AA) Plumbing, heating and air conditioning sales and services;
(BB) Postal substations;
(CC) Public utility collection offices and public services uses, including;
(1) Electric substations;
(2) Fire stations;
(3) Police stations;
(4) Public art galleries and museums;
(5) Public libraries;
(6) Telephone exchanges, repeater stations and other outdoor equipment essential to the operation of the exchange in the interest of public convenience and necessity; and
(7) Bus terminal or other public transportation terminal facilities.
(DD) Restaurant, drive-in type;
(EE) Retail or service business establishments in buildings 225 square feet or less;
(FF) Savings and loan associations;
(GG) Schools: music, dance, business, commercial or trade;
(HH) Taverns, pubs and cocktail lounges;
(II) Telephone answering services;
(JJ) Telephone booths, public;
(KK) Tobacco shops;
(LL) Travel bureau and transportation ticket offices; and
(MM) Other retail business or personal service shops not specifically listed in this section, when found to be economically compatible with established uses on adjoining properties.
