(A) Unless otherwise provided, any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

(B) (1) Any person violating § 153.10(B) shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each and every day during which a violation continues to exist.
(2) Any person violating § 153.10(C) shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each and every day during which a violation continues to exist.
