(A) All private residential swimming pools shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, and all equipment shall be maintained in a satisfactory operating condition during periods the pool is in use.
(B) No private residential swimming pool shall be used, kept, maintained or operated in the village if the use, keeping, maintaining or operating shall be the occasion of any nuisance or shall be dangerous to life or detrimental to health.
