(A) Private residential swimming pools shall be permitted on any property occupied by a one- or two-family dwelling.
(B) No portion of a private residential pool shall be located at a distance less than six feet from any side or rear property line or building line.
(C) Pumps, filters and pools of water disinfection equipment installations shall be located at a distance not less than six feet from any side property line.
(D) Pools and appurtenant equipment shall not be permitted in the side yard between dwellings.
