§ 123.09 NUDITY AT SEXUALLY ORIENTED BUSINESSES.

It shall be unlawful for any person, including employees, to appear nude or in a state of nudity in any sexually oriented business. It shall also be unlawful to allow any person, including employees, to appear nude or in a state of nudity in any sexually oriented business.
