(A) Any violations of this chapter may constitute just cause for the suspension, revocation or non-renewal of a business license. This section does not limit the grounds for the suspension, revocation or non-renewal of a business license, nor does it limit the village from pursuing all available remedies to the fullest extent provided by law.
(B) The penalty clause contained in § 10.99 of the village code is adopted herein by reference. Nothing herein shall prevent the village from taking such other lawful action in any court of competent jurisdiction as is necessary to prevent or remedy any violation or noncompliance. Such other lawful actions shall include, but are not limited to, an action for injunctive relief. All remedies and penalties provided for in this division shall be cumulative, and the village is authorized to pursue all remedies to the fullest extent provided by law.
