(A) It shall be unlawful to engage in business in the village as a building contractor without first having obtained a license therefor as hereinafter provided.
(B) Applications for licenses shall be upon forms provided by the Village Clerk and will be issued by the Clerk after approval by the License and Ordinance Committee of the Board of Trustees.
(C) Applications rejected by the License and Ordinance Committee will be reviewed and acted upon by the Board of Trustees upon written request of the applicant within 30 days after rejection by the License and Ordinance Committee.
