§ 114.27 LICENSE RESTRICTIONS.
   A license issued pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter shall be subject to the following restrictions.
   (A)   No person, firm, or corporation shall conduct a raffle governed by the provisions of this subchapter without first having obtained a license therefore as provided for in this subchapter.
   (B)   An application for a raffle or chance license must specify the area or areas within the village that the raffle chances may be sold or issued in, the time period during which the raffle chances may be sold or issued, and the time and place for the determination of the winning chance.
   (C)   Any license issued for a raffle or chance license must specify the area or areas within the village that the raffle chances may be sold or issued in, the time period during which raffle chances may be sold or issued, and the time and place for the determination of the winning chance.
   (D)   An application for the raffle or chance license must contain a sworn statement attesting to the not for profit character of the prospective licensee organization and must be signed by the presiding officer and secretary of that organization.
