§ 114.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm, corporation or organization who is convicted of violating a provision of §§ 114.25 through 114.33 shall be guilty of a Class C ordinance violation for the first offense and a Class B ordinance violation for any second or subsequent conviction.
