The items that may be sold at such a sale are limited to items of personal property from the household of the residence for which the permit is issued, including but not limited to household goods, clothing and furnishings which have been used in the dwelling unit located on the premises where the saie is conducted. The sale of items purchased with the intention of sale or resale is prohibited. The sale of food is prohibited.
